Our English-(and German-speaking) property manager Sun Island Vacation will welcome you on site, show you around the house and look after you throughout your stay, if necessary.

Rental Rates:
(Status as of 01/2026)
Thanksgiving-Surcharge: 20 % (last week of November)
Holiday-Surcharge: 20 % (1 prior to - 14 days after Christmas)
Easter-Surcharge: 20 % (3 days prior - 7 days afterwards)
Cleaning Fee: $ 260.00 (at normal dirt level)
For those who decide on short notice, we often offer additional discounts, don't hesitate to contact us.
On the above prices we have to add 5% tourist tax and 6.5% local sales tax.
Please note that Cape Coral has a legal minimum rental period of 7 days. We can only deviate from this in exceptional cases.
