You will always find the best price on the website above because there are no additional fees for portals such as AirBnB, VRBO or FEWO-direkt.

Our German-(and English-speaking) property manager Happy Cape will welcome you on site, show you around the house and look after you throughout your stay, if necessary. The friendly ladies will be happy to give you tips for excursions, restaurants or other activities...


Prices:  
(Status as of 01/2024, Prices are subject to change. The current prices and the total price can be found on the above homepage before booking.)  
 
Regular Season:                   $ 190.00 / per Night (with 4 Adults)
High Season Surcharge:           20.00% (Mid December to Mid May)
Christmas Surcharge:              20.00% (1 day ahead - 14 days afterwards)
Easter Surcharge:                    20.00% (3 days prios - 7 days afterwards)


On the above prices we have to add 5% tourist tax and 6.5% local sales tax.
 
Cleaning Fee:                   $ 225.00 (at normal dirt level)

Please note that Cape Coral has a legal minimum rental period of 7 days. We can only deviate from this in exceptional cases. If necessary, please contact the Happy Cape property management.
