Our German-(and English-speaking) property manager Happy Cape will welcome you on site, show you around the house and look after you throughout your stay, if necessary. The friendly ladies will be happy to give you tips for excursions, restaurants or other activities...
Rental Rates:
(Status as of 08/2025)
Thanksgiving-Surcharge: 20 % (last week of November)
Holiday-Surcharge: 20 % (1 prior to - 14 days after Christmas)
Easter-Surcharge: 20 % (3 days prior - 7 days afterwards)
Cleaning Fee: $ 260.00 (at normal dirt level)
For those who decide on short notice, we often offer additional discounts, don't hesitate to contact us.
On the above prices we have to add 5% tourist tax and 6.5% local sales tax.
Please note that Cape Coral has a legal minimum rental period of 7 days. We can only deviate from this in exceptional cases.
